David Rupp is a Founder and Principal of McCann Rupp. Prior to co-founding the firm, David served as President of Penrod & George, a regional CPA firm he joined in 1971. He also serves as owner and CEO of 20/20 Custom Molded Plastic; as well as managing partner of RDD, Ltd., a real estate management company.David has over 30 years experience guiding companies in various industries, through all phases of the business life cycle. As a business owner and CPA, he brings a unique blend of disciplined business knowledge and real-world practicality to complex client engagements. His primary expertise resides in the areas of valuation mechanics, financing strategy, deal structuring and negotiation.David holds a B.S. in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and is a member of the Ohio and American Societies of Certified Public Accountants. |
