In his early career senior management positions, Dave provided innovative leadership within technology based companies in strategic, sales and marketing roles at Verizon, Wang Labs, and Cullinet, the first software company listed on the NYSE. As SVP of marketing and business development at Comverse Technology (formerly Boston Technology), the innovative firm achieved enhanced services market dominance providing intelligent peripherals for communications service providers. In three years, the firm captured 47% of the North American and Asian markets setting the foundation to becoming a billion dollar company in revenues with leading industry valuations. At London-based firm Logica PLC's Communications Division, Dave led their efforts to become a leading supplier of Operational Support Systems (OSS) for North American wireless service providers. At ADS, a privately owned company, he led the initiative to position the company in the systems integration and consulting marketplace leading to the company's 400% rise in revenues and profits in 2 years resulting in a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). And at Darwin Partners, Dave led the firm initiatives into the human capital strategies industry resulting in 150% growth of revenues and profits in two years. Dave was a founding member of the Board of Governors and programs committee chair of the Massachusetts Telecommunications Council. He earned his master's degree in business administration from Bentley College, master's degree in education from Boston University and bachelors of arts degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Bradford D. Standley, Vice President of Consulting and Outsourcing Services Brad leads AnchorPoint's pre- and post-sales consulting and managed services engagements, responsible for partnering with customers to assess, design, and implement strategic TEM solutions.
