Mr. Elsley is a Co-founder of Vasogen and served as the Company�s President from 1991 to 1995 and President and CEO from 1995 to March 2007. During this time Mr. Elsley was responsible for assembling a team of industry leaders and scientific advisors with the requisite skills and experience to successfully develop and commercialize new healthcare technologies. Under Mr. Elsley�s direction Vasogen advanced its Celacade technology from the fundamental research stage into phase III clinical development in cardiovascular disease and developed a new class of drugs designed to target neuro-inflammatory disorders. Mr. Elsley holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business University of Western Ontario. |
