He has represented numerous clients in a variety of litigation disputes, including contracts, RICO, malpractice, real estate, receivership, breach of fiduciary duty, and wrongful agency and business torts. Mr. Gamble has also represented a variety of clients in bankruptcy matters, including secured and unsecured creditors, lessors of real property, and an unsecured creditors committee. His bankruptcy experience encompasses a number of industries including the telecommunications, aerospace, minerals and natural resources, technology, food distribution, real estate, financial services and retail industries. Mr. Gamble has obtained favorable results for his clients in numerous contested matters and adversary proceedings, including motions to lift the automatic stay. He has also litigated numerous preference, fraudulent transfer, and non-dischargeability actions in bankruptcy, and has advised clients in bankruptcy asset sales, plan confirmation, and claims estimation hearings.
