David Page is responsible for providing innovative enterprise solutions to SRA clients in civil government. He leads the planning, design, development, and implementation of complex technical solutions required to improve organizations� operational efficiencies. Page joined SRA in 1994, and his positions included project management in integrated network management programs and technical director. He established and directed SRA�s Enterprise Systems Management Practice.
In 2000, Page left SRA to join Siebel Systems, where he managed the professional services practice for Mid-Atlantic and Canadian implementations. He rejoined SRA in 2003, to lead SRA�s information system development work for the Library of Congress, U.S. Copyright Office. Page recently managed the Government Operations Business Program within SRA�s Civil Sector.
Page is a recognized leader in commercial off-the-shelf integration and case management systems. He is a member of the Industry Advisory Council�s Partner Program, an innovative program of the American Council for Technology that improves communications and understanding between government and industry.
