David G. Souers, CPA, MBA, is responsible for the management of a wide variety of accounting, tax, and consulting engagements. He received a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a master in business administration in finance and international business from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Souers was a partner at Shapiro, Weiss & Company in Boston. Mr. Souers also served five years as controller and chief financial officer for a multi-plant, multi-state manufacturing company. His industry experience provides him with a unique understanding of the practical problems our clients encounter in managing their businesses. David has worked on all matters associated with manufacturing and finance and has extensive experience in litigation support and forensic accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and served as Chairman of the Litigation Support Committee of CPA Associates International, Inc. until October 2004. David is also a member of the Board of the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce. |
