David G. Sweet, 60, has been a Director since March 1, 2006. He is the retired Vice President of The North Face, a designer and marketer of outdoor apparel and a division of VF Corporation, from 2002 until his retirement in December 2004. He served as Vice President of VF Outdoor Europe from 2000 to 2002. Prior to 2000, Mr. Sweet held various management positions during his 26-year career with VF Corporation. Mr. Sweet is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. |
