Dr. Bergstrom joined NovaDel in December 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Bergstrom previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Development business of Cardinal Health Inc. Dr. Bergstrom previously served as Vice President of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Development at Guilford Pharmaceuticals and also served in senior positions in preclinical development and pharmaceutical and analytical development at Hoechst Marion Roussel Inc. and Hoechst-Roussel Pharmaceuticals Inc. both predecessor companies of Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to that Dr. Bergstrom worked in pharmaceutical development at CIBA-Geigy Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Dr. Bergstrom received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the University of Utah Salt Lake City his M.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and his B.S. in Pharmacy from Ferris State University Big Rapids Michigan. |
