David Martens serves as Senior Vice President Enterprise Risk Management. In this role he helps to enhance the Bank�s capacities to measure and monitor the risk profile of mortgage and securities collateral pledged to the Bank and to use credit modeling to monitor the credit quality of counterparties and the investment portfolio. He joined the Bank in 1996 as Director of Internal Audit. Prior to joining the Bank Mr. Martens served as Chief Accountant for the Office of Thrift Supervision as a Supervisory Agent for the Federal Home Loan Bank System and worked for Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager. Mr. Martens earned a Master's in Finance at George Washington University in 1995 and completed a B.S. in Accounting at Miami University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner and is a Certified Financial Services Auditor. |
