David J. Collins became Senior Vice President of the New York and Pennsylvania Region in October 1997 after having served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development since January 1997. From 1992 to 1997 he was Vice President of Marketing for the New York and Pennsylvania Region responsible for marketing safety information systems and special projects. From 1990 to 1992 he was General Manager of Genesee & Wyoming Railroad Company and Rochester & Southern Railroad Inc. Mr. Collins joined the Company in 1979.
Mr. Collins earned his undergraduate degree in 1979 from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma and his MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester in 1988. |
