Mr. Dyer became Senior Vice President of the Bank and the Corporation in 2002. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Empire, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank. Mr. Dyer has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Empire since forming the firm in 1985. |
