David J. Hoffa is Of Counsel to the Firm and a part of the Institutional Outreach Program. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Working closely with the Chairman of the Firm, Patrick Coughlin, Mr. Hoffa is an integral part of the Firm�s client outreach and business development programs. He advises public and multi-employer pension funds around the country on issues related to corporate fraud in the U.S. securities markets and best practices in the corporate governance of publicly traded companies. Mr. Hoffa is based in the Firm�s Washington D.C. office. |
