David advises clients on labor and employment relations and employment policies. He counsels employers on compliance issues such as Title VII, the Age Discrimination Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour laws, and other federal and state equal employment and non-discrimination laws. He also represents management in federal and state court in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation.
David is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
