Mr. Kim oversees all legal affairs of CyberSource, including licensing, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and corporate governance. Since joining the company in 1998, he played key roles in the company's public offerings, acquisitions, as well as the joint venture that formed CyberSource Japan.
Before CyberSource, Mr. Kim worked in the legal department at Maxim Integrated Products. Prior to Maxim, he held the position of Information Technology Manager at a defense litigation firm in San Francisco, where he managed the technology infrastructure, coordinated implementation of document imaging systems, and co-authored an article on electronic discovery, which was published by the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Kim also served an externship as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the office of the District Attorney of New York County. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his Juris Doctor degree from the Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. |
