David Rayner joined EchoStar as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in December 2004 and is responsible for all EchoStar�s accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining EchoStar, from June 1998 to December 2004, Mr. Rayner served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Telecom in Denver. From February 1997 to May 1998, Mr. Rayner served as Vice President - Finance for Time Warner Telecom, and he was Controller for that company from May 1994 to February 1997. From 1982 to 1994, Mr. Rayner held various financial and operational management positions with Time Warner Cable. He received his bachelor�s degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. |
