Robeson has more than 20 years of experience assisting healthcare organizations in management, strategy and finance. He has been a successful health care entrepreneur and has also managed health care operations. Dave has particular expertise in developing and operating ambulatory surgery centers.

Robeson's experience includes:

Assessing and implementing joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and affiliations

Planning physician practice operations and group practice development

Developing strategic plans and business plans for startup ventures

Market and financial feasibility analysis for healthcare businesses

Business valuation consulting and appraisal

Before joining DGA Partners, Robeson was founder and president of Advanced Health Networks, Inc. where he provided management consulting services to healthcare providers throughout the country for more than 10 years.

Prior to that Dave was Vice President for Finance at Summit Ambulatory Network, Inc., an ambulatory surgery center business for which he created the concept, business plan, ownership and financial structure, negotiated to acquire four freestanding surgery centers and supervised facility administrators.

Previously he was a Senior Associate at Diversified Health Centers and a manager at Laventhol & Horwath.

Dave is a member of the ACHE and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; he holds accreditation as a valuation analyst. He is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers.

He received his MBA in Health Services Administration from Temple University and a BA in Biology and Economics from Bucknell University.
