Mr. Reed is active in all areas of investment banking, with a primary emphasis on acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising. He has significant transaction experience in the healthcare, business services and manufacturing industries obtained over his 13 years as an investment banker. Prior to Fairmount, Mr. Reed was a Director with Investec and its predecessor firm PMG Capital. He began his career at Philadelphia National Bank as a commercial lender, providing buyout and expansion financing to a diverse range of middle market manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. David graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and minors in Finance and History. David has spoken on the topics of exit strategies and business valuation to various academic and professional organizations and is a member of the Drug Information Association (DIA). |
