The focus of his practice is bodily injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile and truck accidents, industrial and construction accidents, and claims for injury and death caused by fires and explosions. Dave's practice also includes claims and litigation involving insurance coverage disputes, including automobile, homeowners, and commercial liability policies. Other cases include uninsured and underinsured motorist claims and litigation and property damage claims resulting from fires and explosions. Dave also serves as a civil mediator and arbitrator.
