David L. Bramley is a senior project manager with over thirty-five years of experience in the environmental field. Mr. Bramley is experienced in site assessment and remediation having served as the project manager for the investigation, remedial design, construction, and operation of a soil and groundwater treatment system at a Superfund site. He also has performed RCRA assessments, conducted multi-media compliance assessments, prepared environmental permitting documentation, prepared facility compliance plans, conducted environmental risk assessment. In addition, Mr. Bramley has extensive design and permitting experience for wastewater collection and treatment systems and commercial and residential land development.Mr. Bramley received an M.B.A. with high distinction from Babson College in 1981. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Environmental Engineering) from Tufts University in 1969. |
