Having successfully deployed advanced IP solutions for NEC and the Department of Defense, Mr. Gauthier joined ShoreGroup as a founding partner specializing in the emerging technologies area. During Mr. Gauthier's tenure at ShoreGroup, he has been engaged in the engineering and installation of more than 10,000 IP Telephony lines, has worked through advanced soft switch deployments for a major carrier, and has become a leading expert in QoS, emerging interactive voice response systems and Cisco's Internet Service Node (ISN). Mr. Gauthier is a distinguished Cisco Systems CCIE and contributes his expertise to the advancement of the converged systems and network management capabilities of ShoreGroup's CaseSentry Systems Management solution.
