David L. Packer joined the firm in 1993 and is a partner in the firm�s real estate department. Mr. Packer specializes in real estate financing, secured debt restructuring, workouts, acquisitions and dispositions as well as foreclosures. His experience also includes real estate joint ventures and corporate transactions.
Mr. Packer received his J.D. in 1985 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he acted as executive editor of The Virginia Law Review. In 1982, he received his bachelor�s degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, where he majored in government.
Mr. Packer was admitted to practice law in 1985 by the State Bar of California. He has been a member of the real estate section of the State Bar of California since joining the firm.
