Representation of lenders and borrowers in corporate finance transactions and real estate finance transactions, which have included secured credit facilities, lines of credit, as well as the acquisition, development, construction, mezzanine, and permanent financing and refinancing, including securitized lending, of over $1 billion dollars work of projects.
Representation of bondholders, partnerships, agent banks, senior and junior secured lenders in developing strategies to deal with legal and financial problems involving financial restructurings, litigation, workouts and formal reorganization cases.
Entity structure and formation of S-Corps, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Commercial transactions including licensing, franchising, contract negotiation and the acquisition and disposition of privately held businesses.
