David practices in the litigation areas of commercial, professional liability and administrative law.He has experience in the area of corporate securities, as well as: Real estate litigation Telecommunications, environmental and energy law Lawyers' Professional Responsibility In 2003, the Minnesota Supreme Court appointed David to a three-year term as a member of the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board. David chairs Lindquist & Vennum's Professional Liability/Ethics Committee and is the firm's Loss Prevention and Claims Partner. He has been qualified to testify as an expert witness on the topic of legal ethics.David teaches Professional Responsibility as an Adjunct Professor of Law at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. |
