David L. Grasso is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Boston office. As a member of the Employee Benefits Department, his practice focuses on executive compensation.
Prior to joining McDermott, David worked at an international law firm, where he was a member of the Tax Department and Employee Benefits Group. He drafted and reviewed equity compensation arrangements, employee stock purchase plans and prospectuses and consulted on Section 280G golden parachute programs. He also has experience with a broad range of retirement plans and welfare benefit plan matters, including issues before the U.S. Department of Labor and the IRS.
David has written several publications on the tax disclosure rules and the reporting of confidential licensing and intellectual property transactions.
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
