Dave Dohrmann has 19 years of experience both on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. He has extensive experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development and Venture Investing.
Dave joined Security Research in 2005 with a focus on building out SRA's technology practice. He has led financings in the past year for Uwink (UWKI), Novint (NVNT), Red Mile Software (RDML) and Logic Vision (LGVN).
From 2000 - 2002 Dave served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Sagent Technology, a software company focused on business intelligence. While at Sagent he was responsible for leading all financing and M&A activities. He also handled executive and board level recruiting, and managed relationships with key Sagent customers and partners.
Dave began his career in 1989 and spent over a decade in Institutional Sales, primarily with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), which was bought by CS First Boston in 2000. DLJ took Sagent public in April of 1999.
Dohrmann attended USC and graduated with a BA in Political Science in 1989. |
