Dave Adams is a seasoned executive with extensive operational and financial management expertise gained from nearly 30 years with the Hewlett-Packard Company and its recent spin off, Agilent Technologies. His professional experience includes senior management positions in operations, manufacturing, finance, human resources, information technology, ERP systems implementation and customer support. Dave successfully managed the integration of several key acquisitions for Agilent.

Mr. Adams earned a Bachelors of Science in Commerce with an accounting major and minors in finance and statistics from Santa Clara University. He is licensed by the State of California as a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Adams has been an active volunteer in the education field, serving as School Board President, Chairman of the Finance Committee, and Parents' Association President and Treasurer. He is a member of the California State CPA Society. He has been active as an adult leader in Boy Scouts and coach for youth athletics.
