Mr. Blackwell concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability defense, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and all types of appellate practices. Mr. Blackwell appears regularly before the federal and state courts of New Jersey and has experience in all aspects of litigation and in methods of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Blackwell is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Stephen F. Smith, Jr., J.S.C. Mr. Blackwell has been involved in several noteworthy published opinions, including GSC Partners v. Washington Group, 368 F.3d 228 (3d. Cir. 2004), Hyman Zamft & Manard, LLC v. Cornell, 309 N.J. Super. 586 (App. Div. 1998) and Dunn v. Borough of Mountainside, 301 N.J. Super. 262 (App. Div. 1997).
