David Bullock practices in the areas of environmental law and litigation. He represents and counsels business, governmental, and individual clients in matters including permitting, compliance, enforcement, and staff training, with emphasis on hazardous and solid wastes, water and air pollution control, Superfund site liability, and underground storage tanks. He represents clients in environmental investigations and administrative penalty proceedings by federal and state agencies, as well as in civil and criminal court actions. Mr. Bullock coordinates internal environmental audits and investigations designed to assess and improve compliance with environmental laws and regulations. He has a positive record of results in assisting his clients in achieving compliance and obtaining favorable outcomes in connection with governmental and private enforcement actions. He also represents clients regarding environmental and related issues in acquisitions and sales of industrial and commercial properties.
