David Conetsco is responsible for overseeing program operations for several national agencies. He leads business development and proposal activities, oversees the execution of projects involving leading-edge technologies, and manages related recruiting and personnel development. Contesco joined SRA's intelligence program as deputy director, later becoming program director.
He joined SRA in 1987, serving as a senior systems analyst. In 1993, Conetsco was named deputy program manager for SRA's Intelligent Information Systems group, later becoming its deputy director and managing the development of information system solutions employing advanced technology for a variety of government and commercial clients.
