Mr. Gerstein has been practicing law in New York city since 1958 and was a member of the firm of Gerstein & Churchill, P.C. for many years. He has represented U.S. and foreign clients in matters involving corporations and other business organizations, securities, commercial and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and wills, trusts and estates. He graduated from Harvard College in 1954, with high honors, and Harvard Law School in 1957, with honors and was a Fulbright Scholar in India during 1957 and 1958. Mr. Gerstein has been a director of various organizations, among which are American Financial Enterprises (the reorganized New York New Haven railroad), Park Place Dodge Corporation, Phoenix Candy Co., Inc., and The Louis and Harold Price Foundation. |
