David Liu is an Associate resident in the Orange County's Litigation department.
Mr. Liu is experienced in complex business litigation, including federal and state class actions involving unfair competition, consumer remedies laws and franchise claims. He has extensive experience in preparing, opposing and arguing all types of pleadings and motions in state and federal courts.
Mr. Liu received his B.A. in Social Work from Cal State Long Beach in 1994, his Masters in Social Work and Master of Science in Gerontology from USC in 1997 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2001. While attending Loyola, Mr. Liu was the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review Editor from 2000 - 2001.
