Mr. Marshall, an original Co-Founder of Youbet.com., has held the position of Vice Chairman since September of 2002, focusing on strategic growth, investor relations and Wall Street. Since it's founding in 1987, Mr. Marshall served as a senior executive and director, and from 1989 to 1998 he held the title of Chairman of the Board and CEO. After a brief hiatus, Marshall rejoined the Company in March 2002 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Marshall was also the co-founder of MiddleWare Telecom Corporation and PC-Totes, Inc. Both entities have since been merged into Youbet.com. In 1987, PC-Totes developed the world's first fault-tolerant, PC based computer totalisator system that is now used to operate wagering at horse and dog racing tracks in the Pacific Rim.
