David has over 25 years experience creating innovative strategies to grow shareholder value in a wide range of industries, including financial services, business process outsourcing, telecommunications and consumer products. As a Managing Director for Catapult Growth Partners he focuses on helping executive teams design and implement customer-driven strategies and strategic management systems and processes. David previously served as Senior Vice President for First Data Corporation, developing FDC�s global Game Plan for Growth including: Managing the global strategic planning process Identifying and launching new business lines Setting overall merger and acquisition strategy Resolving important strategic growth and operational challenges Improving the success rate of new product and business launches He also served as FDC�s representative on the Boards of Directors for the NYCE Corporation and the Wells Fargo Merchant Services alliance. Before joining FDC, David was a management consultant specializing in building value through customer-driven strategies, organizations and operations. With a strong international background, he has helped executive teams in many countries create and implement practical plans to grow revenue, profits and shareholder value. He has been an advisor and investor in entrepreneurial ventures as well as in private equity investment projects. Mr. Roberts is a graduate of Brown University and earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. |
