David Yerich is an Electronic Discovery Consultant in the firm�s client technology services department in Minneapolis. In this role, David works with Faegre & Benson attorneys, paralegals, client technology services staff and clients to coordinate the identification, preservation and collection of electronic information during the discovery process. David also assists in the drafting of discovery requests and responses and coordinates the efforts of computer forensic firms and other electronic discovery experts retained by the firm. Since joining the firm in 2006, David has applied these roles in a range of cases for clients in a variety of different industries including Agribusiness, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Technology and Financial Services firms. David also assists Faegre & Benson attorneys in consulting with clients on issues of data retention, both in the face of litigation and as a part of clients� overall records management plans. Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, David spent ten years supporting and implementing technology for a large multinational agribusiness company, from both operational and administrative perspectives. Most recently, David�s focus was on implementing Document Management and Records Management systems for this company. David is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Hamline University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota. He is a regular speaker on the topic of electronic discovery. |
