David O. Crump is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Washington D.C. office. He is a member of the Trial Department.
Before joining McDermott Will & Emery, David was an associate with a national law firm, litigating in state and federal courts in cases involving white collar crime, land use, environmental compliance, toxic tort and general commercial litigation.
David is co-author of Structuring Brownfield Transactions: "The Art of the Deal" Chapter for publication in upcoming Environmental Law Treatise (2007).
David is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of California. He is a member of the D.C. Bar Association, California Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
