Professional Activities:
Mr. Mosh has experience handling Workers' Compensation matters in the education/schools, manufacturing and services industries. His case experience includes amputations, back injuries, bruises and contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, contact with objects and equipment, cumulative trauma, cuts and lacerations, falls, head injuries, lower extremities, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injuries, permanent disability, sprains, strains, breaks, tears, tendonitis, transportation incidents and upper extremities.
Mr. Mosh is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Committee. He was also appointed as the 2005 Co-Chair of the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association (KCMBA) Workers' Compensation and Procedure Law Committee.

Interests:
