Juhlke joined the company in 1983 as an industrial engineer in Ottumwa, Iowa. He then moved to corporate headquarters in Austin, Minn. and assumed responsibility for compensation. In 1993, he was named manager of personnel in Beloit, Wis., and in 1996 was promoted to director of human resources and safety for Jennie-O Foods in Willmar, Minn. Five years later, he became vice president of human resources and administration for Jennie-O Turkey Store and directed the consolidation of human resources programs and practices following the merger of Jennie-O Foods and The Turkey Store. Juhlke returned to the corporate office in 2005 as vice president of human resources.
Juhlke is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Stout, and holds a bachelor�s degree in industrial technology with an emphasis in manufacturing engineering.
He was a board member and former president of the Kandiyohi County Family YMCA. In addition, he served on the boards of the Affiliated Community Medical Center Health Foundation, the Ridgewater College General Advisory Board and the Midwest Poultry Association. |
