David R. Lee is a founder of White & Lee LLP, a firm specializing in the representation of technology and emerging growth companies. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in handling complex mergers and acquisitions, licensing and distribution arrangements, venture capital financings and strategic partnerships for a wide variety of public and private company clients. He has worked on initial public offerings for companies such as QUALCOMM, Wind River Systems and Documentum and was the lead attorney representing Palm Computing in their merger with U.S. Robotics. Prior to founding White & Lee, Mr. Lee was a Partner in the Menlo Park office of Cooley Godward. David graduated with highest honors from the University of California at Berkeley and received his JD from Georgetown University. |
