David R. Murray (age 58) joined the Company in 2004 as the President of ConMed Electrosurgery in July 2004. Mr. Murray was self-employed as a consultant to medical device businesses from 2001 through 2004, and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cryogen, Inc. from 1996 through 2001. Mr. Murray holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University, and a M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
