Mr. Little has served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of DXP since its organization in 1996 and also has held these positions with SEPCO Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of, and predecessor to, the Company ("SEPCO"), since he acquired a controlling interest in SEPCO in 1986.
