Dr. Lamb, who is both an attorney and a physician, represents the firm's clients in asbestos defense matters and other matters related to medical devices an pharmaceutical products liability matters. He has also had substantial experience in large commercial litigation related to energy, securities, environmental and banking. Dr. Lamb's expertise includes the formulation of pretrial case strategies and discovery plans, taking and defending of depositions, selection and retention of experts, and the writing and arguing of pretrial motions, including dispositive motions. Dr. Lamb has also been a practicing physician with a focus on occupational medicine and primary care. His previous medical practice involved working with and coordinating worker�s compensation and disability issues with the cities of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as with private industry. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Lamb was the medical director for one of the busiest California offices of the second largest provider of industrial/occupational services in the country. |
