Since joining the firm in 1992, David has built a successful general commercial litigation and employment practice. He represents firm clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings. He routinely handles trade secret, non-competition, predatory hiring, fiduciary duty and discrimination cases. He also writes and lectures extensively on a variety of employment related topics. In addition, he is a member of the firm�s four-person management committee.Sample Matters
Successfully defended a hospital in an Americans with Disabilities lawsuit and preserved the win at the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Dave is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, before the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, and before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and a member of its Ethics Committee.
Community Involvement
