Mr. Smith has served as President of the Eastern Division of ENGlobal Engineering, Inc. since September 2004. From October 2001 to September 2004, Mr. Smith served as the President of ENGlobal Engineering, Inc. (formerly Petrocon Engineering, Inc.). He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas with more than thirty-five years of composite experience in design engineering, plant engineering, project management in the refining, chemical, petrochemical, commercial and pulp and paper industries. His background reflects extensive project management in a private consulting firm, co-ownership in a private corporation, and project administration in both the commercial and industrial fields. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University. |
