Mr. Tufts is the chair of the firm's Associate Development Committee and the past chair of the firm's Recruiting Committee. He is an experienced trial attorney who has handled various matters, including several trials as first chair and appeals before the Utah Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. He has a broad range of experience involving contracts, commercial law, trademark, copyrights, unfair competition, construction and mechanics liens, employment issues, and real estate matters. He actively represents clients in commercial litigation in Utah and in California, where he is licenced and practiced before joining Durham Jones & Pinegar.
