David W. Lowden is a special counsel with a practice in the fields of corporate, securities and commercial law, representing both public and private companies and investors.
Mr. Lowden has represented entities engaged in the production or marketing of a range of products including consumer electronics; office and computer supplies; pharmaceuticals; chemicals and flavors; plastics; and automobiles.
He also has expertise in the laws and regulations affecting nonprofit organizations, including museums and other charities, and has taken an active role in the firm�s Public Service Project in counseling tax-exempts.
