David Abouchar has more than 12 years of management and consulting experience. He has significant accomplishments in leading teams, managing implementations, improving business processes and building customer and partner relationships. Prior to joining ControlScan, David was a manager at BearingPoint Consulting (formerly KPMG) for over three years. While at BearingPoint, he worked on a wide range of strategic and tactical engagements for numerous Top 20 banks and was awarded BearingPoint's 2007 Quarterly Beacon Award for exemplifying extraordinary commitment to client success. Before BearingPoint, David held project management and operational roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where he was a core member of the central implementation team charged with delivering a high-priority software conversion to standardize and enhance the Federal Reserve's check clearing system. The $230 million initiative was implemented on time and under budget. While working in an operational capacity, he also earned the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Customer Service Award of Excellence. David graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lynn University. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. He lives in Norcross, GA with his wife and two children. |
