David joined Sunrise in 2006. David's activities include industry and transaction analysis a s well as institutional sales and new business development. Prior to joining Sunrise, David worked at Explorer Capital and its affiliated Explorer Capital Distributors, LLC and Yangtze Capital, LLC. At Explorer, David focused on the design, structure, and marketing of hedge and private equity funds. David also worked on due diligence for a proprietary fund of funds, where he built extensive relationships with hedge fund managers. Through Yangtzee Capital David focused on financial modeling and marketing of renewable resource projects in China and Australia. David was graduated from Yeshiva University with a BA in Finance in 2002.
