Practice
Mr. Bayrock is a partner in the International Corporate Department of the Firm, based in New York, and is Co-chair of the Finance Practice Group. Mr. Bayrock�s principal focus is international financing transactions, including project finance and debt restructurings. He also has extensive experience in structured finance and derivative transactions, including credit default and other swap transactions, as well as programs for capital markets debt issuances and Eximbank-guaranteed trade finance facilities. Mr. Bayrock has represented borrowers, including governmental and private entities, as well as lenders.
Mr. Bayrock has also represented corporate clients in major mergers and acquisitions transactions, and in a wide range of general corporate and contract matters.
