David Berliner is General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Forest City Ratner Companies. Mr. Berliner is a member of the Bar of New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining FCRC in 1989, David was an associate at the law firm of Rosenman & Colin, LLP, in its real estate department.
At FCRC, Mr. Berliner represents the ownership entities in all areas of the development process. He is experienced in areas of transactional real estate, land use and financing. Mr. Berliner participates in the negotiation and structuring of development and conveyance agreements and directs the work of outside counsel.
David Berliner is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law (J.D., 1987) and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 1984).
