David Bloom has been Chairman of Chelsea Property Group a division of Simon since 1993. Mr. Bloom also served as Chief Executive Officer of Chelsea from 1993 to 2006. Prior to founding Chelsea in 1985 Mr. Bloom was an equity analyst with The First Boston Corporation in New York. Mr. Bloom has been an Advisory Director since 2004. |
